Rotten Veggies, Rotten Fruit, Rotten Neighbors and Unified Theory
It really is fascinating how a few bad and very inconsiderate people can do or attempt to do so much
damage online with just a couple of well placed negative posts.....truly incredible on many levels including complete lack of concern or oversight by the "host" companies who allow anyone with a pulse a free platform REGARDLESS of MOTIVE...
lugosi autosport has been in the same exact location for over 24 years now...yes 24 years.....in all fairness although we haven't been in the parts and accessories and repair business for the entire 24 years, we have been tearing down engines and repairing, modifying and fabricating custom parts for OVER 24 years, and under our roof just between TWO main Techs we over 40 years of hands on Experience at Master bmw Factory Level as well as General, Exotic *ferrari shop* and other related experience specifically in a machine shop environment..Porting Polishing and CNC milling etc...
We Average over 10 Sales Per Day, Some small, Some medium, Some Large, Some VERY LARGE..We'll sell anywhere from 5 bucks for a sticker or Lanyard all the way to a full BMW M5 Conversion for example for over 2 thousand Dollars or Engine Swaps with Turbo's , again over 3000 dollars...
Last time we checked there was probably 10 independent either complaints or reviews....We know for a fact that at least ONE is a competitor because he wrote the review exactly two years after the last time he set foot in our shop and in the review he claims that he came over to "check out the shop, a couple weeks ago" yet he describes the shop the way it was two years ago? and the vocabulary he uses is unique to him, he's the only one who speaks like that that I've ever met...and lastly in the review he closes by saying that we didn't have anything in stock, so he went to *enter name of his shop here* and spent 799 dollars etc...
Another one out of the 9 or so is GUS, Gus is an EX employee who was a client at first and Actually Gave us 5 Stars....long story short AFTER we fire him he reduced it to 1 star...Yelp doesn't give a crap who writes the reviews, Anyone Can literally write one review per day from different computers, yelp wouldn't
care... Another Review is a Lady who called me a Racist, when she's the one who suggested that i would treat her differen't if she wasn't black....I said NO I treat all dumb people the same...She ordered a 2010 bumper for her 2004 car *car wasn't there when she ordered the bumper* she warned us, FREE BUMPER or I'll give you a bad YELP.... Another Lady also accusing us of being Racist she came to us for brakes
couldn't afford rotors, couldn't afford to turn the rotors, she demanded we install pads, just pads on her old scored rotors, against our advise she forced us..one year later she approached us and demanded NEW ROTORS NEW PADS and FREE LABOR...we said NO WAY JOSE' and she gave us a bad review *she even made advances on me to try to get me to do free parts and labor, i rejected her and next thing you know I'm racist and I'm getting a bad review... Another Gentleman also accused me of being Racist against black people, This guy basically ordered TWO bmw bumpers, we got him the bumpers in about 6 working days, maybe 8 to be fair and honest...we called him and he said "ill be there later" about 2 weeks later he shows up when we have about 10 people shopping in our store..and starts getting Loud...to not lose 8 potential sales I looked him square in the eye and said, Look man...The bumpers are here you didn't have to wait two weeks to come... but I'll tell you what come back monday and ill try to help you...
So he came monday and i basically said i was going to try to sell or return them for credit...so i gave him 50% of the refund and one week later he came in for the other 50%...HOWEVER he added, and I quote..."YOU STILL OWE ME 90 Dollars" I said "why?" and he said that he was expecting the money on that Monday so he bounced 3 checks and I was responsible for the bounced check fees, when i rejected the notion he left us multiple bad review's,
Finally My neighber Declared warr on me, called the city and firemarshal, the IRS, and the Franchise Tax Board of Equalization and he also called the Border Patrol or Customs and Said I was emplying illegal aliens. He's towed 3 of our cars, ours and clients for no reason other than he's in a bad mood...he's always cussing us out calling us Chinks, Wetbacks and Niggers, *his words and I swear on my Daughter I'm being honest and quoting accurately" He's vowed to "Take us down" and lately we've caught him following our clients and pulling them over and getting thier phone numbers....SEARCH google Video's "HOA president king of the planet" and you'll see how he got Very Very upset becuase we put a sign on OUR door which we OWN stating that we'd be back in 15 minutes...it's against the condo rules, even though we Don't rent we own..
He's a stickler for the rules and is always givng everyone a hard time YET HE LIVES in the Complex Against Code City Code and the bi laws..
