we have been in the same location for over 23 years, ZERO complaints, ZERO negative Reviews, until this guy declared war on us..Now within less than one year, many have popped up and he's even admitted while making fun of us that he will Ruin us....This is why anyone can't trust Yelp because anyone with an axe to grind can just write anything he wants...We've contacted yelp and proved that we are suing him for slander and PROVED to them that at least 5 different reviews came from HIS IP address and they want 400 bucks before they can "do" anything about it... Well SCREW them too..

So our asshole neighbor who admitted he has tried to ruin our reputation, he seems to be pretty proud, he braggs about how many people he has "played" online and left bad reviews, hopefully this will give our clients but more importantly "potential" clients some insight as to the kind of human being this guy is...This is what he did because we asked him why and where our signs were. We posted a sign that said "parking reserved for lugosi" in front of OUR spots *we own the building, we don't rent* and this particular tyraid was over a "be back in 15 minutes" sign...so next time you see a bad review ask yourself, could it be that for 23 years they had no bad reviews and suddenly when this guy vows to ruin our name and actually brags that he's so clever in fooling yelp, you gotta wonder..We are suing him for slander and yelp has been notified that at least 5 of our reviews came from his IP address under various Names...

he called the City and said we wern't licensed to run a shop, they came and 

checked... He called the Fire Marshall said we were pouring oil down the 

drain...we weren't they checked, he called the IRS we got audited, we passed, 

he called the BAR we're licensed, He' posted numerous reviews, Same IP 

address on at least 5 and Yelp wants 400 bucks to remove them...what a 

nightmare this asshole has become...Dan Burokowski is his Dick Name..We've 

been here 24 years witn ZERO problems, not one bad review in 23 years, 

suddenly we can't seem to do anything right thanks to this prick..
